Elegance in the New Air

O chalice of life's bitterness, be sweetened,
O path of knowledge, let me roam,
In my autumn, spring  gently awakens, 
A luminous dawn of impending morn, 
With the rapture of exultation with new discovery ,
Brimming with joy amidst the sorrow, 
On the path of erudition to traverse,
Charts the arid expanse of my wanderings,
Pondering the goblet of life's acerbic elixir,
As nectarous wine I relish in reflection,
To create eloquent declarations of affection, 
The ember's glow swirls within my dominion, 
In the cresting wave of celestial refuge, 
The ardent quest stirs a pursuit, 
Eve of heart's delight to ease the curious eye, 
For the mind to be devoid of care amidst chaos,
I may inhale the essence of nascent renewal.

Life Offers

Life breathes its soft sigh of existence,
Bestowing the crown jewel of every instant,
A salve to the soul and mind,
The divine devotion of the Divine,
And His designs manifest repository of  love,
Parents’ hands cradle us with unwavering care,
Life lavishes with its luminous light and love,
Dawn awakens the day with a radiant smile,
Night wraps us in its serene embrace,
Trees' shadows murmur with ethereal grace,
These cycles craft a carousel of charm,
A lighthouse guides towards ambition and purpose,
Acts of kindness explode within life’s fabric,
Nature’s splendor surpasses all imaginations,
With humanity’s core essence of existence,
Infusing life with the elixir of essence,
The joyous sorrow of friends with innocent wisdom,
Laughter echoes with a child’s giggle,
Touches warm us, excitement ignites,
Steer souls through the labyrinth of destiny,
Endowing the fortitude to rise and stand resolute,
Life grants wise foolishness through each descent,
Life's crucible forges sagacity and resilience,
Guide life on a mythic journey of transformation,
Life offers on the path of blooming new themes.

The Alchemy of Being

Where am I, where resides the essence of life?
Stone upon stone, abyss within abyss,
Rocks upon rocks, darkness upon darkness,
Puzzles within puzzles, hurdles upon hurdles,
Mazes entwined, trials without end,
Veils upon veils, wrapped in secrecy,
A chiseled facade of an entrapped spirit,
A mosaic of shades enwraps the essence,
A sculpted mask of a bound spirit,
A tapestry of hues envelops the soul,
Brimming with shapeless dread,
Yet alive with colours,
Cold rigidity masked by swirling mists,
Breaths fractured, inhales disrupted,
Roughness threads through time and kinship,
The heart yearns for a realm unexplored,
A rite unfolds in the theater of existence,
Resisting the gravity of former selves,
Embracing alchemy as the path to transcendence.
A world aches to excavate the core of its being,
Probing the depths of existence to unravel the mysteries.

About the Poet
Globally published, recognized, acclaimed, awarded, appreciated and featured, Dr. Sajid Hussain hails from Pakistan, was born on 01_02_1969 at Morgah Rawalpindi. He is a well-educated  and multidisciplinary Poet,Admin  of many poetry groups .He is a Master Trainer of "Low Cost and No Cost of Science Material" Homeo Doctor, senior teacher of Chemistry in FDE, and Ex-Principal of Jinnah Public School Morgah Rawalpindi . He has done several courses and received many certificates from UNICEF, CIDA and USAID programs. Sajid Hussain is a promising Poet already participating in innumerable poetry contests world-wide, he won many certificates of excellence.the list of his achievements and titles he has earned is quite long.His poety is  published in world famous print and electronic magazines, journals, newspapers, websites, blogs and anthologies.
