Love's Day

With love that fills the heart

Conquers the universe with the closeness of the lover

Leads against his enemies toward war

So that no distance can prevent us from meeting after so long a separation

We will draw closer and closer and love

No matter how many nations stand between us, for all the East and the West

Acknowledge the first dose of pain you gave us in my absence from you, O homeland

When, where, and why will I return?

Haven't I long ago returned to the realm of nothingness?

And I was forgotten in the memory of the pen!

Until a time of boredom visited me

To water my papers with drops of the revolutions of the past

I stand on spheres of letter symbols

To listen to the chirping of birds

And wait on the edge of the dots engraved on the grains of sand

I see them as my image, embracing you like water bubbles wrapping around paper

I sip them from the highest eyelashes of the drizzle.
