ধুলিয়ান, ২৭ জানুয়ারী ২০২৫: আজ ২৭শে জানুয়ারী সোমবার বেলা দুটোর সময় কাঞ্চনতলা জে. ডি. জে ইনস্টিটিউশন প্রাঙ্গনে শুরু হল সামশেরগঞ্জ বইমেলা -২০২৫, চলবে ২রা ফেব্রুয়ারী পর্যন্ত। বেলা দুটোর সময় বইমেলার মিছিল বের হয়। অংশগ্রহণ করে এলাকার স্কুলগুলির ছাত্রছাত্রী ও শিক্ষক-শিক্ষিকামণ্ডলী, শিক্ষাবিদ, সমাজসেবী ও রাজনীতিবিদগণ। উপস্থিত ছিলেন এই বইমেলার প্রধান উদ্যোক্তা ও সামশেরগঞ্জের বিধায়ক আমিরুল ইসলাম, আলীগড় মুসলিম বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় মুর্শিদাবাদ সেন্টারের পরিচালক ড. মোঃ মাহবুবুর রহমান, মুর্শিদাবাদ জেলার সভাধিপতি রুবিয়া সুলতানা, বইমেলার স্মরণিকার সম্পাদক তথা ডি.এন.সি কলেজের লাইব্রেরিয়ান মহঃ নুরুল ইসলাম, কাঞ্চনতলা জে. ডি. জে ইনস্টিটিউশনের প্রধান শিক্ষক আব্দুল হাই মাসুদ রহমান, চাচন্ড বি.জে হাই স্কুলের প্রধান শিক্ষক মেজাউর রহমান, ডি.এন.সি কলেজের এনসিসির কো-অরডিনেটর রামকৃষ্ণ মহান্তি, আমুহা কদমতলা হাই স্কুলের অবসরপ্রাপ্ত প্রধান শিক্ষক ও সাহিত্যিক আনোয়ার হোসেন সিদ্দিকী, কবি, লেখক ও সম্পাদক মোঃ ইজাজ আহামেদ, কল্যাণ গুপ্ত প্রমুখ।

অরঙ্গাবাদ, ২১ জানুয়ারী, ২০২৫: সুতি নাগরিক মঞ্চের আয়োজনে ২১শে জানুয়ারী মঙ্গলবার শুরু হল অরঙ্গাবাদ বইমেলা-২০২৫, চলবে ২৬ জানুয়ারী পর্যন্ত। বেলা দুটোর সময় ডিএনসি কলেজ মাঠ থেকে বইমেলার মিছিল বের হয়। এই মিছিলে অংশগ্রহণ করে শিক্ষাবিদ জুলফিকার আলি, মুর্শিদাবাদ জেলার প্রাক্তন সহ - সভাধিপতি নিজামুদ্দীন আহমেদ, অধ্যাপক ড. সুনীল কুমার দে, ডিএনসি কলেজ ও স্কুলগুলির ছাত্রছাত্রী ও শিক্ষক-শিক্ষিকামণ্ডলী। এদিন বইমেলার শুভ উদ্বোধন করেন সুতির বিধায়ক ঈমানী বিশ্বাস। এছাড়া উদ্বোধনে উপস্থিত ছিলেন অধ্যাপক ড. সুনীল কুমার দে, প্রাক্তন প্রধান শিক্ষক আনোয়ার হোসেন সিদ্দিকী, প্রাক্তন শিক্ষক দিলবাদশা, ভারত সেবাশ্রম সংঘের মহারাজ , ড. সামন্ত, ডিএনসি কলেজের এনসিসির কো-অরডিনেটর রামকৃষ্ণ মহান্তি, পতাকা ইন্ডাস্ট্রিজ অরঙ্গাবাদ শাখার ম্যানেজার আব্দুল লতিফ প্রমুখ।

মোঃ ইজাজ আহামেদ একজন অত্যন্ত প্রতিভাবান কবি ও লেখক হিসেবে নিজেকে প্রমাণ করেছেন। মরক্কো ও চীন সহ বিভিন্ন দেশ থেকে তিনি যে সম্মাননা লাভ করেছেন এবং বিভিন্ন ভাষায় তাঁর লেখা যে অনুবাদ হচ্ছে, তা তার সাহিত্যিক যোগ্যতার পরিচয়।

Poem - Where Are You Going?

About the Poetess: Caroline Laurent Turunc is from Antakya, Turkey, from Arab origin, she is the daughter of a family of nine children.

She has a sociology degree and has written over 1500 poems since 2013, received many certificates from abroad, and participated in nearly 60 local and foreign anthologies.

Her poems are still published in many international journals and websites.

She is writing a novel that she is about to finish. She published two collections of poems, "Between the Orient and the North" and "Desert Lily".

She came second among 2575 poets from each country at the world literature championship held in Romania.

She won an award at the eighth spring poetry festival held in the town of Yan, China, causing it to be selected for the "World Poet Literary Museum" commissioned by the Silk Road Cultural Center of Northwest University of China.

She was also a member of the jury of the Galaxia International Prize for Unpublished Poetry, 2021 edition in Chile.

She is a columnist for Basken Haber Ankara Newspaper.

What is this rush when there are so many things inside me that I haven't shared with you?

What is it that scares you in this house, I beg you, what is real?

There will be no more tiny sparrows on the branches of the trees deep in the ditch

The birds in exile will build their nests right above my room door

On the shore, from the edge of the night, every daylight will turn into a terrible, merciless time

ন্যুয়র্কের নাম করা স্কুলের এক

কিশোরীর হঠাৎ বমি শুরু হলো

কিছুক্ষণ পর তার পাশে বসা ছাত্রটির তারপর ক্রমাগত ছড়িয়ে পড়লো বমন চিৎকার

এক স্কুল থেকে আরেক স্কুলে প্রতিধ্বনি

দুর্গন্ধে পাকিয়ে উঠলো সবার অন্ত্রদেশ- দুদিনের মধ্যে

ওয়াশিংটন আর সব অঙ্গরাজ্যে

ছড়িয়ে পড়লো সংক্রমিত পেটের হাঁক- ডাক

আর তা থেমে থাকলো না

লন্ডন-প্যারিস-পিটাসবুর্গ -জোহান্সবার্গ - দিল্লি- ঢাকা-নামকরা শহর ও শহরতলির শিক্ষার্থীরা ভারসাম্য ভেঙে উগরে দিলো চকোলেটের চরিত পুরাণ

কোনো কারণ খুঁজে পাচ্ছিলো না

চিকিৎসকরা

সাংবাদিকরা দিশেহারা

কামড়ে খাচ্ছে কম্পিউটারের মাউস

প্রথম কার বমি হয়েছিলো সাংবাদিকরা গেলো পেটের পাতাল রাজ্যে

তুমি হঠাৎ বমি করলে কেনো

মাথা ব্যথা নাকি পেটে

মেয়েটি বললো না আমি ফেসবুকে পড়লাম কঙ্গোর কোকো সংগ্রহকারী মেয়েদের

কসাইখানার মেশিনে থেতলে যাওয়া দেহের রক্ত মিশে যায়

চকোলেটে

আমি টিফিনে খেয়েছিলাম

মৌমাছি সমেত মৌচাক

আর পড়ার পর আমার শরীর গুলিয়ে উঠলো বমি করতে শুরু করলাম

কোমলপ্রাণদের বাঁচানোর অসীম করুণায় -আমার পাশের ক্লাসমেটকে বললাম বন্য শুয়োরের দাঁত বমির কারণ

আমি খাওয়ার সময় তাকেও দিয়েছিলাম

সে শুনে বিবমিষায় নীল ইস্পাত বমন শুরু হলো তারও

এরপর দুদিন আগে কিংবা একসপ্তাহ বা একমাস আগে যারা খেয়েছে তারাও বমি করতে শুরু করলো

এমন কি যারা কোনোদিন খায়নি

তাদের ধমনিতে সংক্রমিত হচ্ছে

লাভার আক্রোশ

সারা পৃথিবীর চকোলেট

ভক্তরা বোবা হয়ে গেলো

কোম্পানিগুলো বন্ধের উপক্রম

যে সব এনজিও গড়ে উঠেছিলো

কোকো কণ্যাদের সান্তনা দিতে তারাও উগরে দিলো পাচকরসে

আর্দ্র দিনরাত্রি

পরাশক্তিদের পোষা মিডিয়া না বলে পারছে না

এ এক আশ্চর্য আস্তাবল

অপ্রতিরোধ্য বমন

কোনো ওষুধে নিরাময় নেই

শুধু ক্লান্তিতে নুয়ে আসে দৃষ্টির দিগন্ত

যারা এখনো বমি করেনি

কোম্পানির দালালরা

সেই সব কিশোরীদের খুঁজতে

নামলো-আইভরিকোস্ট-ঘানা-

ইকুয়েডর---নাইজেরিয়ার অশ্রুগ্রন্থিতে

বাতাস যেভাবে দরকষাকষি করে

নদীর সাথে-দালালরা সেভাবে নিলামে তুললো নতুনদের

বছর না ঘুরতেই এক তরুণীর বমি হলো

আরো এক কিশোরীর-তারপর কোম্পানির সব মেয়েদের পরীক্ষা করলো এনজিওর ডাক্তার মশায়

কি ভয়ঙ্কর এ-তো সংক্রামক নয়

প্রত্যেকে গর্ভবতী

পাঠানো হলো সেবাশ্রমে

ন'মাস আগেই তারা প্রসব করলো অবিকল চকোলেট সদৃশ কালো রক্তাক্ত সন্তান-কোম্পানির কর্তারা আদর করে নাম রাখলো-

SADNESS IN THE DARKNESS !

Memories flood back as I think of her

My life filled with sadness in darkness

We lighted the divine lamp of pure love

Heard footsteps coming but far away

I stood alone, restless with excitement

And with the anticipation of her coming

Many a time I have been betrayed

As she approaches with lowered glance

My heart starts burning with rolling tears

In spite of this a smile comes forcefully

When she comes to smile in my dreams

With her separation I have lost my life

The flame burning but the light is lost

I do console my heart in the love poems

I write to express myself in darkness .

Echoes in Empty Rooms

Silence screams in vacant halls,
Where laughter once bounced off the walls.
A solitary figure stands,
Reaching out with trembling hands.

Memories fade like morning mist,
Of warmth and love so dearly missed.
The weight of absence fills the air,
A burden far too great to bear.

In crowds, a phantom drifts unseen,
Yearning for a touch, a gleam.
Of recognition in someone's eyes,
A connection before hope dies.

The heart, a desert parched and dry,
Aches for storms to fill the sky.
But rain refuses to descend,
On this soul without a friend.

In loneliness, we fade away,
Ghosts before the break of day.
Searching for a kindred light,
To pierce the veil of endless night.

সকালের কুয়াশার মতো স্মৃতিগুলো বিবর্ণ হয়ে যায়,
উষ্ণতা এবং ভালবাসা এত প্রিয়ভাবে লক্ষ্য ছাড়াইয়া যায়।
অনুপস্থিতির ভারে বাতাস ভরে যায়,
বহন করা অনেক বড় বোঝা।

ভিড়ের মধ্যে ভেসে যায় একটি অলৌকিক অদৃশ্য ,
একটি স্পর্শের জন্য আকাঙ্ক্ষা, একটি ঔজ্বল্য।
কারো চোখে স্বীকৃতি,
আশা মরার আগে সংযোগ একটি।

হৃদয়, শুকনো মরু-প্রান্তর,
আকাশ ভরে ঝড়ের ব্যাথায়।
কিন্তু বৃষ্টি নামতে রাজি নয়,
বন্ধু ছাড়া এই আত্মার উপর।

বিবর্ণ হয়ে যাই একাকীত্বে আমরা,

I Remember

The nights of laughter, the evenings of delight,

I remember your love for coffee, without sugar,

I see you at dawn's first sight,

And when the moon bids the night.

I remember your voice near,

Like a note played on a string clear,

Like the water's roar against stone sheer,

Quenching every trace in my heart, dear.

Despite the distance and the yearn,

Leaving me in scorching burn, I wait for you,

Like thirsty soil awaiting rain's return,

Longing for the first drop's renew.

I remember the fading of cold,

And returning to you with words so bold,

I write you in poems and prose untold,

Painting our love with letters of light between ages of gold.

Will you come back again?

When the delicate paper meets the calligraphic blood pen,
The soul nourishes lust as blood drips.
Bring together the lovely affection.
The blood coursing through our veins,
The pen is releasing flowing ink.

On the elegant, pale paper.
Blood flows from the pen,
Isn't it just another spoken narrative?
Still, at the very core lies the grain of the heart, soul, and ambition,
