O beings !
Can gender determine
leadership abilities of an individual  ?
Mystic experience says
"they're full of strength ,
courageous and trustworthy ."
Are they not great leaders on this beautiful planet ?
Although they cry yet know intelligently to sheds their tasty tears
O beings !
Open wise mystic divine eyes
can't deny it in this modern
high-tech era
They know how to balance 
personal and professional life
Instead of facing stress and strife
Why is she neglected in all over the wonderful world ?
O beings !
Can you deny of male dominated society ?
All women duties are unlimited
Are they not free to choose their career as a leader ?
Why can't  they enjoy equal rights in the society ?
O beings !
Challenges make them stronger than others
Their big dreams helping them
to be great leader in the entire society
Without their ego working fo the strongest nation
Like beautiful ,bold birds
know how to fly in the infinite sky
