Blessings in Disguise

In life’s tangled web, we often find,
Opportunities missed, left behind.
Yet fate weaves its threads, unseen and wise,
Turning loss into blessings in disguise.
We mourned the job that slipped away,
The dream role lost, the sun turned gray.
But hidden in shadows, a brighter path,
A chance to grow, to laugh, to do the math.
Love once bloomed, petals soft and sweet,
Then wilted, leaving hearts incomplete.
But from that ache, resilience grew,
A love more profound, tried and true.
Friends once close, like stars aligned,
Drifted apart, their laughter confined.
Yet new companions emerged, steadfast,
Filling voids, healing wounds from the past.
Ventures crumbled, dreams shattered like glass,
But within the debris, seeds took root, alas!
A phoenix rising, stronger than before,
New paths forged, unexplored, waiting at the door.
That road we hesitated to tread,
Fearful of where it might have led.
Yet destiny whispered, “Trust the unknown,”
And blessings bloomed where opportunities had flown.
